While writing this strip, it occurred to me that rap and country music actually have a fair bit in common in as much as they are both highly expository story-telling genres of music that reflect the values and daily lives of the songwriters and their audiences.
And yeah, as bad as my country-western song writing might be, it's nowhere near as awful as my rap lyrics. :) |
