A few years back there was a public awareness campaign about the risks six pack rings posed to wildlife, urging people to cut them up before discarding them to prevent animals from being ensnared by them.

It occurred to me that this might not necessarily be a totally bad thing depending on the point of view of the animals in question. Technically, Liska is recycling here - just not in a good way... :)
