Sometimes in the heat of the moment, you can say or do something that seems like a good idea at the time, but which you soon regret. You'd think that the previous mess he'd just gotten himself out of would have taught Skippy a valuable lesson about thinking things through, but apparently it didn't take.
I was very pleased with how the fourth panel turned out in this one. The look on Skippy and Liska's faces and their body language pretty much says it all. Saddam may be gone, but his legacy lives on...
