This one really says it all about the way a lot of folks operate these days, both in the health food business and others. If your product causes a problem, just invent some new jargon to side-step everything.
You really do have to admire Liska's ability to fully understand a situation with total clarity while remaining oblivious to the broader implications... Here, a legal loophole allows her and Skippy to cheerfully get around standards intended to protect them.
I was also amused by how she completely misunderstands the word "enervate" as she pushes her junk on poor Skippy...
