It goes without saying that no scam of Liska's is complete without using it to take advantage of poor Clarence. Given how shaving one's head has signifcance in a number of religions as well as it's cultish associations, it was a perfect excuse to have a little fun drawing him bald, as well as Skippy's astonished reaction shot.
I also really enjoyed working with the lighting in this strip, trying to give the setting and characters an ethereal, spiritual tone, which of course then totally contrasts with the final panel.
