This Week's Strip

#207) "How Splendid Stands the Forest"
March 5, 2001

In much the same way that the previous storyline has been a continuation of the one starting with strip #150, this strip is a callback to strip #156.

Here we see that whatever the challenges the interspecies aspect to their relationship might pose with regards to physical attraction, it offers no barriers as far as affection is concerned.

Like strip #150, the title of this strip is in reference to the Forester's soliloquy in the final scene of "The Cunning Little Vixen" and suggests that Skippy and Liska's friendship might be a lot more profound than it often seems on the surface.
