If I remember correctly, Miracle on 34th Street was the very first T.V. movie my family ever recorded on our Betamax VCR. I must have watched it a hundred times as a kid, and for me it's still the definitive classic Christmas movie, the same way A Christmas Carol or It's a Wonderful Life are for other people.
Considering who the judge is in this particular case, the Kris Kringle defense is actually a perfectly rational legal strategy... :) |
